摘　　要：目的:探讨老年精神病住院患者跌倒原因及防范措施。方法:分析65例住院期间发生跌倒患者的跌倒原因。结果:老年精神病患者跌倒原因主要有生理学因素,疾病因素,药物因素,环境因素等。结论:评估老年精神病患者跌倒的高危因素,使住院环境变得安全,加强患者及家属的健康教育及安全宣教,加强患者的心理护理,提高医护人员的防范意识,能有效减少老年住院患者跌倒意外事件的发生。Objective:To discuss the causes and prevention of falls in elderly inpatients with mental illness.Methods:To analyzethe causes of falls in 65 patients with falls during hospitalization.Results:The causes of falls in elderly patients with mental illnessare mainly physiological factors,disease factors,drug factors,environmental factors,etc.Conclusion:To assess the risk factors of fallsin elderly patients with mental illness,make the hospital environment safe,strengthen the health education and safety education ofpatients and their families,strengthen the psychological nursing,improve the prevention awareness of health care workers caneffectively reduce the incidence of falls accident in elderly patients.
