中老年人下睑眼袋整形术106例体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨适合中老年人的下睑眼袋整形术的疗效。方法:收治中老年下睑眼袋整形术患者106例,65例采用皮瓣法治疗,41例采用皮肌瓣法治疗。结果:2例皮瓣法早期出现轻度的下睑外翻,1个月内恢复正常。其他104例均取得满意效果。结论:术前根据中老年人下睑眼袋情况选择合适的皮瓣法或皮肌瓣法进行治疗。Objective:To explore the effect of lower blepharoplastry in the middle-aged and elderly.Methods:106 cases ofmiddle-aged and elderly patients had lower blepharoplastry,65 cases were treated with skin flap and 41 cases were treated withmuscle skin flap.Results:2 cases with skin flap had mild lower eyelid ectropion in the early stage and recoverd in one month.Theother 104 cases of patients achieved satisfactory results.Conclusion:According to the lower eye pouch conditions of themiddle-aged and elderly,the right skin flap or muscle skin flap was chosen for treatment.
