精密附着体义齿修复游离端牙列缺损的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨精密附着体义齿用于游离端牙列缺损修复的临床效果。方法:收治游离端牙列缺损患者51例,随机分为对照组和观察组,观察组采用精密附着体义齿修复,对照组采用卡环固位义齿修复,比较两组治疗效果。结果:在观察组,患者前后、左右位移,总咬合力大小、龈沟液量、牙龈指数、出血指数、修复后不良问题明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:精密附着体义齿用于游离端牙列缺损修复的临床效果显著。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of precision attachment denture in the repair of free-end dentition defect.Methods:51 patients with free-end dentition defect were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and theobservation group.The observation group was treated with precision attachment dentures.The control group was treated with claspdenture prosthesis.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,before and after,the left andright displacement,total bite force,the amount of gingival fluid,gingival index,bleeding index,adverse problems after the repairwere significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of precision attachment denture in therepair of free-end dentition defect was significant.
