摘　　要：目的:探讨盐酸多奈哌齐治疗老年痴呆的疗效。方法:收治老年痴呆症患者66例,随机分成观察组和对照组各33例,对照组给予一般治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合盐酸多奈哌齐治疗。结果:观察组治疗的整体效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于老年痴呆症患者在一般治疗的基础上联合盐酸多奈哌齐进行治疗可以显著提高治疗效果。Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of donepezil hydrochloride in the treatment of senile dementia.Methods:66 patients with senile dementia were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 33 cases in each.Patients in the control group were given general treatment,while in the observation group were given general treatment combined with donepezil treatment.Results:The overall effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Donepezil hydrochloride treatment based on general treatment for senile dementia patients,can improve the therapeutic effect significantly.
