摘　　要：目的:探讨气管支架置入术治疗癌性急性呼吸道梗阻的近期疗效及安全性。方法:收治癌性急性呼吸道梗阻患者20例,行气管支架置入术,观察患者的疗效。结果:经过治疗后,患者症状均明显好转,随访观察,除2例患者因肺部感染无法控制致病情恶化、2例因远处转移致死亡外,余16例患者放置的支架均未见移位,患者无明显疼痛及异物感,耐受性好。结论:气管支架置入术是解救癌性急性呼吸道梗阻有效、安全的治疗方法。Objective:To explore the recent curative effect and safety of tracheal stent implantation operation in the treatment ofcancer acute respiratory tract obstruction.Methods:20 patients with cancer acute respiratory tract obstruction were selected.Theywere given tracheal stent implantation operation.The curative effect of patients was observed.Results:After treatment,thesymptoms of patients were significantly improved.Follow-up observation,except 2 patients were condition deterioration caused byuncontrollable lung infection,and 2 cases were died caused by distant metastasis,other 16 cases were placed the stent that showedno displacement,who had no significant pain and foreign body sensation,and the tolerance was good.Conclusion:Tracheal stentimplantation operation is an effective and safe treatment method in rescuing cancer acute respiratory tract obstruction.
