摘　　要：临床教学档案管理是医院发展的重要组成部分。现代化的临床教学管理是实现高效管理的重要保证,是当代医院与医学界发展的关键。本文阐述了临床教学质量管理体系的原则及设计等问题,从管理模式、管理内容以及管理措施方面对临床教学档案管理进行研究和创新。Management of clinical teaching files was an important part of the development of the hospital.Modern management ofclinical teaching was an important guarantee to achieve efficient management,and was the key to the development of the hospitaland the medical community.This paper summarized the principles and design of management system of clinical teaching quality,researched and innovated the management of clinical teaching files from management mode,management content andmanagement measures.
