摘　　要：目的:探讨美沙拉嗪灌肠液保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的效果。方法:收治轻中度溃疡性结肠炎患者62例,随机分成对照组和治疗组各31例,两组均给予美沙拉秦肠溶片治疗。对照组给予生理盐水保留灌肠,治疗组给予美沙拉嗪灌肠液保留灌肠。结果:治疗组在肠镜、组织学评分和治疗总有效率上明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论:美沙拉嗪灌肠液保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎,不良反应低,安全,有效。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of retention enema with mesalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods:62 patients with mild to moderate ulcerative colitis were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and thetreatment group with 31 cases in each,all of patients in the two groups were treated with mesalazine enteric coated tablets.Thecontrol group received saline retention enema,while the treatment group were treated by enema liquid retention enema withmesalazine.Results:The colonoscopy,organizational learning outcome scores and the total efficiency in the treatment group wereobviously better than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:Retention enema withmesalazine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis is effective and safe,with lower adverse reaction.
