小剂量垂体后叶素治疗肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张大出血的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨小剂量垂体后叶素治疗肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张大出血的效果。方法:收治肝硬化合并食管胃底静脉曲张大出血患者246例,分为两组。治疗组给予小剂量垂体后叶素,对照组给予生长抑素,比较两组入院72 h止血总有效率、不良反应发生率、平均止血时间、平均药物费用。结果:两组入院72 h止血总有效率、不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组平均止血时间、平均药物费用比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小剂量垂体后叶素治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂大出血的效果较好。Objective:To investigate the curative effect of small dose of vasopressin in the treatment of major bleeding ofesophageal and gastric varices combined with cirrhosis.Methods:246 cases of patients with cirrhosis combined with majorbleeding of esophageal and gastric varices were divided into two groups.The treatment group was treated with small dose ofvasopressin,the control group was treated with somatostatin,the total effective rate in 72 h on admission,adverse reaction rate,average hemostasis time and average drug cost of the two groups were compared.Results:The differences of total effective rate in72 h on admission and adverse reaction rate between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The differences ofaverage hemostasis time and average drug cost between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Smalldose of vasopressin in the treatment of major bleeding of esophageal and gastric varices had better curative effect.
