平阳霉素联合地塞米松注射治疗口腔颌面部血管瘤的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨平阳霉素联合地塞米松注射治疗口腔颌面部血管瘤的效果。方法:将166例口腔颌面部血管瘤患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组给予平阳霉素联合地塞米松治疗,对照组给予平阳霉素治疗,对比两组的临床疗效和不良反应。结果:观察组的临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P=0.035)。观察组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P=0.035)。结论:采用平阳霉素联合地塞米松注射治疗口腔颌面部血管瘤,可以有效改善临床症状,且操作简单、安全、可靠,临床疗效满意。Objective:To explore the curative effect of pingyangmycin combined with dexamethasone injection in the treatment oforal and maxillofacial region hemacgioma.Methods:166 patients with oral and maxillofacial region hemacgioma were randomlydivided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was given pingyangmycin combined withdexamethasone treatment.The control group was given pingyangmycin treatment.The clinical curative effects and adversereactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group wassignificantly higher than that of the control group(P=0.035).The adverse reactions of the observation group were significantly lowerthan those of the control group(P=0.035).Conclusion:Using pingyangmycin combined with dexamethasone injection in thetreatment of oral and maxillofacial region hemacgioma can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,and the operation is simple,safe and reliable,the clinical curative effect is satisfied.
