年轻恒牙感染根管牙髓血管再生治疗的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨年轻恒牙感染根管牙髓血管再生治疗的临床效果。方法:收治进行年轻恒牙感染根管牙髓血管再生治疗患者78例,随机分为两组。对照组采用传统根尖诱导形成术治疗,观察组采用血管再生术治疗。对比两组的临床治疗效果及术后疼痛表现。结果:观察组治疗有效率92.31%,高于对照组的79.49%;观察组轻度疼痛比例高于对照组,且重度疼痛比例低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:根管牙髓血管再生在年轻恒牙感染治疗中的应用效果显著。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of root canal pulp blood vessel regeneration in the treatment of patients with infected young permanent teeth.Methods:78 patients with infected young permanent teeth treated by root canal pulp blood vessel regeneration were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups.Patients in the control group were treated with traditional root tip induction therapy,and patients in the observation group were treated with vascular regeneration.The clinical therapeutic effect and postoperative pain of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate in the observation group of 92.31% was higher than that in the control group of 79.49%.The proportion of patients with mild pain in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the proportion of severe pain was lower than that of the control group.The differences between groups were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of root canal pulp vascular regeneration in the treatment of young and constant pressure is obvious.
