摘　　要：目的:分析溃疡性结肠炎的临床表现及转归。方法:收治溃疡性结肠炎患者40例,分析其临床资料。结果:临床表现中以腹痛、腹泻及脓血便为最多。ESR及CRP升高者较多。内镜下多表现为弥漫型、多发性糜烂或溃疡形成,有自发性或接触性出血,大部分治疗后得到缓解。结论:应注重溃疡性结肠炎的临床工作,提高确诊率,积极治疗,减少并发症。Objective:To analyze the clinical manifestation and prognosis of ulcerative colitis.Methods:40 patients with ulcerative colitis were selected.We analyzed the clinical data.Results:The main clinical manifestations were abdominal pain,diarrhea and mucopurulent stool mucopurulent stool.More patients were with elevated ESR and CRP.Endoscopic manifestations were diffuse type,multiple erosive or ulcer formation,with spontaneous or contact bleeding,and most patients were relieved after treatment.Conclusion:We should pay attention to the clinical work of ulcerative colitis,to improve the diagnosis rate,take active treatment and reduce complications.
