摘　　要：目的:探讨社区康复教育和指导对脑卒中患者生存质量的影响。方法:收治社区脑卒中患者61例,随机分为康复组和对照组。康复组给予康复教育及指导,对照组只给予随访,比较两组SF-36评分。结果:干预后,康复组SF-36量表8个维度分值明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区康复教育和指导对脑卒中患者生存质量的改善有积极作用。Objective:To explore the effect of community rehabilitation education and instructions on the quality of life of patientswith cerebral stroke.Methods:66 cases of patients with cerebral stroke were divided into the rehabilitation group and the controlgroup randomly.Patients in the rehabilitation group were given rehabilitation education and instructions,while patients in thecontrol group were only given follow-up.The SF-36 scores of the two groups were compared.Results:After the intervention,the 8dimensions scores of SF-36 scale in the rehabilitation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and thedifference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Community rehabilitation education and instructions had positive effecton the quality of life of patients with cerebral stroke.
