摘　　要：目的:探究CTA用于缺血性脑血管疾病患者病变血管诊断的临床应用价值。方法:收治缺血性脑血管病患者110例,观察CTA诊断结果。结果:其中CTA检查结果可见病变血管96例,在这96例患者中发现单纯脑动脉病变78例,单纯颈动脉和斑块病变19例,两者联合病变13例。以上患者CTA主要特征性表现:91例脑动脉病变患者中表现为动脉粥样硬化性改变33例,局限性血管狭窄40例(其中可见斑块8例),其余主要表现为大脑中动脉血管闭塞18例。颈动脉病变患者32例主要表现为血管狭窄或斑块形成、血管壁钙化等。结论:CTA检查能够作为评估缺血性脑血管病患者血管病变的重要检查,且能显示病变血管的形态学改变。Objective:To investigate the clinical application value of CTA in the diagnosis of vascular disease in patients withischemic cerebrovascular disease.Methods:110 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were selected,and the CTAdiagnosis results were observed.Results:CTA examination results showed that the pathological changes of the blood vessels in 96cases.78 patients were found with simple cerebral artery diseases,simple carotid artery and plaque lesion in 19 cases,combinedpathological changes in 13 cases.The main characteristics of CTA in patients mentioned above:In 91 patients with cerebral arterydisease,33 cases showed atherosclerotic changes;localized vascular stenosis in 40 cases(visible plaque could be seen in 8 cases);the other 18 cases were mainly with the middle cerebral artery occlusion.Carotid artery lesions in 32 patients mainly showedvascular stenosis or plaque formation, vascular wall calcification,etc.Conclusion:CTA examination can be used as an importantexamination of vascular lesions in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease,and it can display the morphological changes ofthe diseased vessels.
