摘　　要：目的:通过研究胸腺瘤组织中的p27、PTEN和Ki-67情况,以确定这3种蛋白是否和肿瘤有关。方法:收治经临床病理证实为胸腺瘤的患者52例,正常患者12例,采用免疫组化方法,检测这3种蛋白的情况。结果:胸腺肿瘤组织(良性、侵袭性质胸腺肿瘤)中,p27表达降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而PTEN、Ki-67表达升高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:3者的联合检测对于胸腺瘤的早期诊断预防,以及后期的治疗分类具有重要的意义。Objective:To determine whether p27,PTEN and Ki-67 these 3 proteins are related to the tumor by study the situationthey express in thymoma.Methods:52 patients with thymoma who were confirmed by clinical pathology were selected,12 normalpatients were also selected,the situation of these 3 proteins were detected by immunohistochemical method.Results:p27expression decreased in thymus tumor tissue(benign,aggressive thymic tumor),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the expression of Ki-67 and PTEN increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:These threecombined detection has important significance on the early diagnosis and prevention of thymoma and late stage treatment.
