摘　　要：目的:探讨颌骨造釉细胞瘤的CT表现。方法:回顾性分析颌骨造釉细胞瘤患者24例的临床资料及CT表现。结果:24例颌骨造釉细胞瘤患者中,下颌骨造釉细胞瘤20例(83.3%),上颌骨造釉细胞瘤4例(16.7%)。患者病灶CT上表现为等低混杂密度18例,均匀的等低密度6例,病灶形态为类圆形或分叶状。结论:颌骨造釉细胞瘤的CT表现具有相对明确的特征,有助于该病的诊断。Objective:To explore the CT features of ameloblastoma of jaws.Methods:The clinical data and CT features of 24 cases of patients with ameloblastoma of jaws were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Among 24 cases of patients with ameloblastoma of jaws,20 cases of patients had mandibular ameloblastoma (83.3%) and 4 cases of patients had maxillary ameloblastoma(16.7%).The CT features of lesions in 18 cases of patients showed isodene or low hybrid density,homogeneous isodene or low density in 6 cases,and the lesion shape was round or lobulated.Conclusion:The CT features of ameloblastoma of jaws were relatively clear,which was helpful for the diagnosis of the disease.
