复方苦参注射液联合奥施康定治疗重度癌痛的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方苦参注射液联合奥施康定治疗重度癌痛的疗效。方法:收治晚期重度癌症患者40例,随机分为两组。观察组采用复方苦参注射液联合奥施康定治疗,对照组采用奥施康定治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:观察组总有效率93.3%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组KPS改善率65%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方苦参注射液联合奥施康定对晚期重度癌痛患者疗效显著,不良反应较少,能有效提高肿瘤患者的生活质量。Objective:To investigate the curative effect of compound kushen injection combined with oxycontin in the treatment of severe cancer pain.Methods:40 cases of patients with advanced severe cancer were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was treated with compound kushen injection combined with oxycontin,the control group was treated with oxycontin,the curative effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement rate of KPS in the observation group was 65%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound kushen injection combined with oxycontin in the treatment of patients with advanced severe cancer pain had significant curative effect and less adverse reaction,which could improve the quality of life of cancer patients effectively.
