摘  要:目的:探索八肽胆囊收缩素对坐骨神经长段缺损修复的效果。方法:将Wistar大鼠分为A组和B组,A组给予导管内注射CCK-8治疗,B组注射生理盐水,12周后评价恢复程度。结果:A组运动行为学、再生神经外观形态、SFI%、NEP测定、组织学结构、有髓纤维计数恢复率测定七项指标皆优于B组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:CCK-8可作为人工神经材料修复周围神经长段缺损。Objective:To explore the effect of cholecystokinin-octopeptide on repairing defect of sciatic nerve.Methods:Wistarrats were divided into the A group and the B group.The A group were treated with CCK-8 injection,while the B group wereinjected with normal saline.Then we evaluated the degree of recovery after 12 weeks.Results:In the A group,the indexes in theseven indexes of motor behavior,the morphology of the regenerated nerve,the SFI% ,the NEP determination,the histologicalstructure and the count and recovery rate of the pulp fibers were better than those of the B group,and the differences werestatistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:CCK-8 can be used as artificial neural defect material in repairing long peripheralnerve.
