沙氏食管扩张器治疗贲门失弛缓症21例效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察沙氏食管扩张器治疗贲门失弛缓症的效果。方法:在胃镜直视下,用沙氏食管扩张器对21例贲门失弛缓症患者进行扩张治疗,观察术后并发症,随访评价疗效。结果:21例患者在24次扩张治疗中,有效率95.8%,无消化道大出血、穿孔、恶性心律失常等严重并发症发生。结论:沙氏食管扩张器治疗贲门失弛缓症是一种安全、有效的方法。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Savary-Gilliard oesophageal dilator in the treatment of cardia achalasia.Methods:Under the gastroscope to look straight,21 patients with cardia achalasia were given Savary-Gilliard oesophageal dilatorfor expansion treatment.We observed the postoperative complications and followed up to evaluate the curative effect.Results:21patients were treated with 24 times of expansion;the effective rate was 95.8% ;there was no severe complications such asgastrointestinal massive hemorrhage,perforation and malignant arrhythmia.Conclusion:Savary-Gilliard oesophageal dilator is asafe and effective method in the treatment of cardia achalasia.
