结肠原发性恶性淋巴瘤18例的临床诊治研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨结肠原发性恶性淋巴瘤的临床诊治效果。方法:收治结肠原发性恶性淋巴瘤患者18例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:发生病变的位置主要是盲肠(38.9%)和升结肠(27.8%)。术后随访60个月,12个月生存率85.7%,36个月以上生存率71.4%,60个月以上生存率57.1%。结论:结肠原发性恶性淋巴瘤临床早确诊后,采用手术切除病灶的方式能够取得较好的效果,延长患者的生存期。Objective:To investigate the clinical diagnosis and treatment of primary malignant lymphoma of colon.Methods:18patients with primary malignant lymphoma of colon were selected,and we analyzed the clinical data of them retrospectively.Results:The main location of the lesion was cecum(38.9% )and ascending colon(27.8% ).After followed-up 60 months,the 12months survival rate was 85.7% ;more than 36 months survival rate was 71.4% ;more than 60 months survival rate was 57.1% .Conclusion:In the early diagnosis of primary malignant lymphoma of colon,the method of surgical resection of the lesion canachieve good results and prolong the survival time of patients.
