摘　　要：目的:探讨亚甲蓝染色法在乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检中的临床应用价值。方法:收治浸润性乳腺癌患者82例,以亚甲蓝作为示踪剂行前哨淋巴结活检,常规行腋窝淋巴结清扫术及行病理检查。结果:前哨淋巴结阳性41例,前哨淋巴结阴性41例,腋窝淋巴结阳性45例,前哨淋巴结假阴性4例,准确度95.1%(78/82),灵敏度91.1%(41/45),特异度100%(41/41)。结论:亚甲蓝染色法行前哨淋巴结活检可准确预测乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结状态。Objective:To investigate the clinical application value of methylene blue staining in sentinel lymph node biopsy ofbreast cancer.Methods:82 cases of patients with invasive breast cancer were given sentinel lymph node biopsy with methyleneblue as a tracer and axillary lymph node dissection routinely and pathological examination.Results:41 cases had positive sentinellymph node;41 cases had negative sentinel lymph node;45 cases had positive axillary lymph node;4 cases had false negativesentinel lymph node;the accuracy was 95.1%(78/82);the sensitivity was 91.1%(41/45);the specificity was 100%(41/41).Conclusion:Methylene blue staining in sentinel lymph node biopsy could predict the status of axillary lymph nodes accurately in breast cancer.
