摘　　要：目的:应用多普勒超声评价经颈静脉肝内门体分流术(TIPS)后分流道内血流动力学变化情况和在术后随访中的临床价值。方法:收治肝硬化行TIPS术患者36例,采用多普勒超声观察术后分流道内血流动力学变化情况。结果:所有患者手术均成功,发生肝性脑病患者2例,分流道功能障碍患者3例;正常支架内血流速度与狭窄支架内血流速相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多普勒超声能简单、直观地观察分流道内血流动力学变化情况,是发现分流道功能障碍的有效方法。Objective:To investigate the change situation of hemodynamics in the shunts after the application of transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt(TIPS)and its clinical value of postoperative follow-up.Methods:36 patients with cirrhosis treated by TIPS were selected.The hemodynamic changes in the shunts after the operation was observed by doppler ultrasound.Results:All patients were successfully operated,2 cases of patients with hepatic encephalopathy,shunt channel dysfunction in 3 cases.There was a significant difference in the blood flow velocity between the normal stent and the stenosis stent(P<0.05).Conclusion:Doppler ultrasound can observe the changes of hemodynamics in the shunts in a simple and intuitive way.It is an effective method to find the shunt channel dysfunction.
