摘　　要：目的:探讨早期干预对早产儿脑损伤患儿智力发育的影响。方法:收治早产儿脑损伤新生儿116例,随机分为干预组和对照组,住院期间,两组接受相同的综合治疗,出院后,干预组接受系统的干预训练,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:干预组在1岁时的运动发育指数(PDI)、智力发育指数(MDI)明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:早期主导式家庭干预对早产儿脑损伤患儿运动及智力发育有改善作用。Objective:To explore the effect of early intervention on mental development of premature infant with brain injury.Methods:116 cases of premature infants with brain damage were selected.They were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group.During hospitalization,the two groups received the same comprehensive treatment.After discharge,the intervention group received systematic intervention training.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The motor development index(PDI) and mental development index(MDI) of patients in the intervention group at the age of one were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early dominant family intervention had improvement effect for exercise and mental development of premature infant with brain damage.
