益气养阴法为主联合热放疗治疗非小细胞型中晚期肺癌临床观察

摘　　要：目的:分析在中晚期非小细胞肺癌治疗中应用益气养阴联合热放疗的有效性。方法:收治中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者80例,随机平分成两组,对照组选择单纯放射治疗,观察组选择益气养阴联合热放疗治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后生活质量改善有效率80%,对照组55%;观察组免疫指标NK细胞、CD4+/CD8+、IL-2治疗后有效率分别为77.5%、87.5%、75%,对照组57.5%、62.5%、47.5%。结论:益气养阴联合热放疗能有效改善中晚期非小细胞肺癌的生活质量,提高患者免疫力。Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of supplementing qi and nourishing yin combined with thermal radiotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:80 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated with radiotherapy alone,while the observation group received supplementing qi and nourishing yin combined with thermal radiotherapy.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the improvement of quality of life in the observation group after treatment was 80%,and the control group was 55%.The efficiency of NK cells,CD4+/CD8+ and IL-2 in the observation group were 77.5%, 87.5% and 75% respectively after treatment,and the control group were 57.5%,62.5%,47.5%.Conclusion:Supplementing qi and nourishing yin combined with thermal radiotherapy can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer,improve the immunity of patients.
