摘　　要：目的:探讨音乐颜面复健操对急性面神经炎患者神经传导速度和波幅的影响。方法:收治急性面神经炎患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用音乐颜面复健操治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,观察组的面神经传导速度和波幅改善程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:音乐颜面复健操可提高急性面神经炎患者治愈率,通过检测面神经传导速度和波幅可预测患者的预后。Objective:To explore the effect of music facial rehabilitation exercise on the nerve conduction velocity and amplitude in facial neuritis.Methods:80 patients with acute facial neuritis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated by routine method.The observation group was treated by music facial rehabilitation exercises.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:After treatment,the improvement degree of facial nerve conduction velocity and amplitude in the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Music facial rehabilitation exercise can improve the cure rate of acute facial neuritis patients.The detection of facial nerve conduction velocity and amplitude can predict the prognosis.
