摘　　要：目的:探讨脑卒中患者摄食-吞咽障碍的评价与训练。方法:收治脑卒中存在摄食-吞咽障碍患者28例,进行评估和康复训练,观察治疗效果。结果:训练后,能够自行吞咽患者24例(85.7%)。结论:对脑卒中存在摄食-吞咽障碍的患者实施有效训练,能促进患者自行吞咽功能的恢复,减少其他并发症发生,提高患者的生活质量。Objective:To explore the evaluation and training of feeding and swallowing disorders in patients with stroke.Methods:28 patients with stroke and feeding and swallowing disorders were selected.They were given assessment and rehabilitation training.We observed the therapeutic effects.Results:After training,24 patients(85.7%) were able to swallow their own.Conclusion:Effective training for patients with stroke and feeding and swallowing disorders can promote the recovery of patients' self swallowing function,reduce the incidence of other complications and improve the quality of life of patients.
