心肺复苏患者的抢救效果与影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的:分析心肺复苏患者的抢救效果及影响因素。方法:心肺复苏术成功的60例呼吸心跳骤停患者为观察组,心肺复苏术失败的65例呼吸心跳骤停患者为对照组,对两组的年龄、发病至抢救时间、复苏持续时间以及原发病等各项指标进行对比。结果:观察组的平均年龄小于对照组(P<0.05),观察组复苏持续时间和发病至抢救时间少于对照组(P<0.05);两组的发病原因比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的电除颤、气管插管例数多于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:影响心肺复苏患者抢救效果的因素有很多,包括复苏时间、患者年龄、病因等,应该对患者的病情进行准确判断,充分考虑诸多影响因素,制订合适的心肺复苏方案,并且在抢救的过程中,尽量规范操作,从而使心肺复苏成功率得到有效提高。Objective:To analyze the rescue effect and influencing factors of patients with cardiopulmonary resuscitation.Methods:60 patients with cardiopulmonary arrest were cardiopulmonary resuscitation success as the observation group.65 patients withcardiopulmonary arrest were cardiopulmonary resuscitation failure as the control group.The age,onset to rescue time,recoveryduration time,protopathy and other indicators of two groups were compared.Results:The average age of the observation group wasless than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recovery duration time and onset to rescue time of the observation group were lessthan those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence reasons of two groups were compared,and the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).The electric defibrillation and trachea cannula cases of the observation group were more than those of thecontrol group(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are many factors affecting the rescue effect of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,includingrecovery time,patients' age,etiology and so on.We should have accurate judgment of the patient's condition,take into fullconsideration of various factors,formulate appropriate cardiopulmonary resuscitation program,and as far as possible to regulate theoperation in the process of rescue,so as to improve the success rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
