摘　　要：目的:探讨E-钙黏蛋白(E-cadherin)、β-连接素(β-catenin)与胃癌的组织学类型、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SABC法检测E-cadherin、β-catenin在74例胃癌患者术后病理标本和27例癌旁正常组织中的表达。结果:E-cadherin、β-catenin在正常组织的阳性表达率分别为98%、93%,而胃癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为17.57%、22.97%,且与组织学类型、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期有关。结论:E-cadherin、β-catenin的异常表达可能在胃癌的进展中有重要作用,检测它们在胃癌癌中的表达可能对胃癌的早期诊断、判断预后及临床生物治疗有指导意义。Objective:To investigate the relationship between E-cadherin,β-catenin and the histological type,depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer and TNM stage.Methods:We used the immunohistochemistry SABC method to detect theexpression of E-cadherin andβ-catenin in 74 cases of gastric cancer and 27 cases of normal tissue beside the tumor.Results:Thepositive expression rates of E-cadherin and β-catenin in normal tissues were 98% and 93% respectively,while the positiveexpression rates of gastric cancer tissue were 17.57% and 22.97% respectively,which were related with the histological type,depthof invasion,lymph node metastasis and TNM stage.Conclusion:The abnormal expression of E-cadherin and β-catenin may playan important role in the progression of gastric cancer.The detection of their expression in gastric cancer may be a guide for theearly diagnosis,prognosis judgment and clinical biological treatment of gastric cancer.
