粘结式颊面管与带环颊面管的临床应用比较

摘　　要：目的:探讨粘结式颊面管在临床的应用效果。方法:随机选择2012年7月-2014年12月结束固定正畸治疗的临床病例,在治疗结束时,对他们进行临床检查和治疗过程的回顾,从方便性、脱落率、对牙体牙周组织健康的影响等方面,对比分析粘结式颊面管与带环颊面管两者的效果。结果:牙周组织健康的两项指数(GI、PLI)及磨牙脱矿情况比较,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),粘结式颊面管明显好于带环颊面管。而松脱情况两者无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:粘结式颊面管具有操作方便、患者感觉舒适、对牙体牙周组织影响少等优势,多数情况下可替代带环颊面管在临床的使用。0bjective To study effects of bonding buccal tube in clinical application. Methods Random selecte clinical casesfrom ones finished orthodontic treatment between July 2012 and Dec.2014. At the end of treatment, have a clinical examination and review the treatment process. Then compare the effects between bonding buccal tube and band buccal tube fromconvenience,loose rate, effects on the health of tooth and its periodontal tissues. Results The indexes of periodontal tissuehealth (GI and PLI) and enamel demineralization were statistical difference between two groups(P <0.05), but loose rate wassimilar and no statistical difference(P >0.05). Conclusion The bonding buccal tube has the advantages of convenient operation,comfortable, less side effects on tooth and its periodontal tissue. In most cases, bonding buccal tube can be used instead of bandwith buccal tube.
