摘  要:基于人才培养以及微生物学教学与实践方面的根本性要求,结合实际教学中的新思路、新任务等内容对微生物学现有内容和课程体系进行改革与实践,以突破传统的教学模式。针对学生的学习和实践操作能力,从转变观念、师资队伍建设、实践基地建设、实践内容、教学方法、建立多元化考核模式等几方面入手进行改革与实践。通过实践与努力,提高了学生的素养和能力,为真正做到师生双赢、提升微生物教学的整体水平起到积极的推动作用。Based on the fundamental requirements for talents cultivation and teaching practices in microbiology,aseries of reforms and practices were conducted in teaching contents and curriculum system of microbiology specially,combining with new ideas,new task and new target,so as to make a break-through in traditional teaching methods.According to the actual situation of students,reforms and practices of the following were carried out:transformationof the traditional educational ideology,integration of theory and practice,multimedia-aided teaching,emphasis oncomprehensive experiment,establishment of diversified assessment model and others. Through practice and effort,thequality and ability of students have been improved greatly. The results of innovation and practice also promoted theoverall level of microbiology teaching and arrived at win-win situation between teachers and students.
