摘　　要：地方普通高校的应用型人才培养具有一定的困难,分析了主要因素,有针对性地进行了教学模式的改进,以通信工程专业学生为实践对象,以应用技术型人才为目标导向,根据学生的不同特点,采取因材施教的手段,不同层次和特点的学生的应用技能都得到了提升。Applied talents cultivation has certain difficulty in local colleges,the paper analyzes the main factors.Targeted for the improvement of the teaching mode,to communication engineering students as the object of practice,to apply the technology talents as the goal orientation,according to the different characteristics of students,adopt themeans of their aptitude,different levels and characteristics of the students has improved application skills.
