高职院校校园快递运营模式研究——以广东科贸职业学院物流服务中心为例

摘　　要：校园快递配送服务已经成为高校快递业发展的瓶颈,同时校园快递企业又常面临盈利率低、难以维持的问题,文中分析了科贸物流服务中心的现状,并对校园快递运营模式提出了优化建议,不仅提高了校园快递服务水平,还提高了科贸物流服务中心的运营效益,解决了校园快递最后一公里的服务问题。Campus express delivery services has become a bottleneck of College courier industry. While campus express delivery companies often face problems of low profitability and difficult to maintain operations. The paper discusses the present situation of Kemao logistics service center, and made recommendations to optimize campus delivery business model.Not only improve the level of service delivery on campus, but also improve the operational efficiency of the Kemao logistics service center to solve the last kilometer of the campus courier service issues.
