供应链管理视角下的物流职业教育改革初探

摘　　要：随着社会经济和产业结构的变化,社会对所需人才的质量要求越来越严,对高职物流人才培养模式提出越来越高的要求,如何适应当前经济形势、产业结构以及人才需求方面的变化,进一步深化高职物流职业教育改革,以培养社会所需的物流专业人才,是高职院校物流管理专业建设保持健康、可持续发展所面临的重大课题。文中从供应链管理的角度,通过构建现代物流职业教育改革模型,就我国现代物流职业教育改革的必要性、途径和对策进行了探讨分析。Along with the social economy and the change of industrial structure, the society is more and more strict with the quality of talent required, logistics personnel training mode in higher vocational colleges to ask for more and more high, how to adapt to the current economic situation, industrial structure and the change of talent demand, further deepening the reform of higher vocational logistics professional education, to foster the social needed logistics professionals, is to maintain health, higher vocational colleges logistics management specialty construction important subject faced by the sustainable development. Article will stand in the perspective of supply chain management, through the construction of modern logistics model vocational education reform, is the necessity of modern logistics in our country vocational education reform, ways and countermeasures are discussed in this paper.
