摘　　要：介绍直肠癌保肛手术的适应证及禁忌证,描述各种直肠癌保肛术式的历史和开展现状、手术方法及要点,提醒注意事项,评价它们适用范围及优缺点。To introduce the indications and contraindications of anal preserving rectal cancersurgery, as well as to describe the history, current situation, operation methods and key points of anal rectumpreserving cancer surgery for reminding the considerations, scope, advantages and disadvantages.
