摘　　要：目的:探究不同麻醉方法下宫颈癌患者手术前、中、后外周血炎症相关细胞因子水平观察。方法:选取我院接受的宫颈癌患者80例,随机分成观察组与对照组。观察组给予吸入全麻醉,对照组给予静脉麻醉,对比两组患者手术前、中、后外周血炎症相关细胞因子的水平。结果:在手术后30min与手术后24h,两组血浆IL-8的水平分别高于手术前与手术中;IL-17在手术中与手术后30min的水平均出现显著下降,但在手术后的24h的水平相较于手术前是所有上升的。观察组的IL-17的水平明显高于对照组:两组ICAM-1的水平在手术前与手术中均有显著下降。结论:手术中,不同麻醉方式引发的外周血炎症反应相似;术后24h后吸入全麻醉方式的IL-17的水平会高于静脉麻醉。Objective: To explore the level of serum inflammatory cytokines in patients with cervical cancer before and after operation under different anesthesia methods.Methods:80 cases of cervical cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was given inhalation anesthesia,the control group was given intravenous anesthesia,compared with the two groups of patients before and after surgery,the level of inflammatory cytokines in peripheral blood.Results:In operation after 30 min and operation after 24h,the level of serum IL-8 respectively,higher than the prior to surgery and surgery;IL-17 in surgery and postoperative 30min level was decreased significantly,but in 24 hours after the operation phase compared with before surgery is of all on the rise.The level of IL-17 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group;the level of ICAM-1 in the two groups was significantly decreased.Conclusion:The peripheral blood inflammatory response induced by different methods of anesthesia is similar to that of the peripheral blood.The level of IL-17 in the 24h after operation is higher than that in intravenous anesthesia.
