摘 要:构建了单壁碳纳米管复合聚苯胺修饰超薄碳糊电极。以电化学交流阻抗技术对其进行表征,差分脉冲伏安法和循环伏安法考察其对多巴胺(DA)和肾上腺素(EP)的响应情况。实验表明,该电极对DA和EP具有识别性,且对其测定具有较显著的增敏效应。本电极可用于在抗坏血酸(AA)大量存在时同时伏安测定DA和EP。In this paper, it builds a single-walled carbon nanotube composite polyaniline modified ultrathin carbon paste electrode and take temporary ac resistance technique to represent it, differential pulse voltammetry and cyclic voltammetry to observe its response on investigation on dopamine (DA) and epinephrine (EP). Experiments show that the electrode has identifiability on DA and EP, besides, it has significant sensitization effect on its determination. This electrode can be applied to the measure of volt-ampere ( VA ) on DA and EP at the time of large number of ascorbic acid (AA) exist.
