脐血干细胞移植联合丹红注射液治疗肝豆状核变性肝硬化的可行性研究

摘　　要：目的:观察脐血干细胞移植联合丹红注射液治疗肝豆状核变性失代偿期肝硬化患者的临床疗效。方法:治疗组有肝豆状核变性失代偿期肝硬化患者29例,对照组(21例)给予丹红注射液等常规的护肝治疗。检测治疗前后肝功能、PT、FIB、肝纤维化指标及临床症状、不良反应。结果:治疗组症状明显改善;治疗4周后两组ALT、AST、TBIL水平均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后较治疗前PT水平明显降低(P<0.05),FIB水平明显升高(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,治疗组ALB、PT水平均明显降低(P<0.05),ALT、AST、FIB水平均明显升高(P<0.05);两组治疗后肝纤维化标志物均降低,治疗组降低更明显(P<0.01);治疗组中29例患者未发现严重不良反应及并发症。结论:脐血干细胞移植联合丹红注射液治疗安全可行,可不同程度改善肝硬化患者临床症状、肝功能、凝血功能及阻断肝纤维化的形成。Objective: Clinical effects of umbilical blood stem cell transplantation plus the Danhong injection on cirrhosis ofhepatolenticular degeneration type were observed. Methods: 29 patients in the treatment group received special treatment; 21 cases in the control group were given conventional hepatoprotective treatment such as the Danhong injection. Results: Clinical symptoms in thetreatment group were improved evidently. In 4 weeks, ALT, AST, TBIL level in groups were obviously improved than before (P<0.05). In thetreatment group, PT level was much lower than before (P<0.05); and FIB level was increased significantly compared with before (P<0.05). Afterthe treatment, compared with the control group, ALB and PT level in the treatment group were decreased evidently (P<0.05); and ALT,AST and FIB level in the treatment group were much heightened (P<0.05). Markers of hepatic fibrosis in groups were all reduced, andthose in the treatment group were significantly more (P<0.01). 29 patients in the treatment group showed no serious adverse reaction andcomplication. Conclusion: Umbilical blood stem cell transplantation plus the Danhong injection was safe, could variously improve clinicalsymptoms, liver function, blood coagulation of patients with cirrhosis, and block the formation of liver fibrosis.
