摘　　要：地方高校工程应用型人才培养和塑造是通过课程来实现,而课程改革的深度是课程体系的整体优化。遵从地方性特征,以服务于区域经济社会发展、满足市场需求为导向,从职业能力培养的视角来优化与整合课程体系,完成知识与能力的有机融合,实现综合知识、工程能力和职业道德的培养和提高。The training and shaping of engineering applied talents in local colleges and universities is achievedthrough courses,the depth of curriculum reform is the overall optimization of the curriculum system. Comply with localcharacteristics,serve the regional economic and social development,meet the needs of the market,optimize and integratethe curriculum system from the perspective of vocational ability development,complete the organic integration ofknowledge and ability,achieve the cultivation and improving of comprehensive knowledge,engineering ability and professionalethics.
