研究生课程建设管理模式与保障措施研究

摘　　要：分析了目前研究生课程建设中存在的主要问题,构建了集成教师、研究生、管理部门多主体的研究生课程建设管理模式。在此管理模式中,通过各主体作用的发挥及其之间的耦合联系,可有效解决研究生课程建设中存在的问题。另外,给出了加强师资队伍建设、改进课程教学与考核模式、健全课程建设管理机制及强化政策和条件保障四条保障措施,以持续加强与促进研究生课程建设。Analyzes the current main problems existing in the construction of the postgraduate courses,and builds the graduate course construction management mode which integrated teachers,graduate students,and management department of multi-agent.This management mode can effectively solve the problems existing in the construction of graduate courses by playing the role of different main bodys and the coupling relations between them.In addition,four safeguard measures are given that Intensifying the Construction of the Qualified teachers,improving the teaching method and testing models,Perfecting the management mechanism of curriculum construction and strengthening the policies and guarantee of condition in order to continuously strengthen and promote the construction of graduate courses.
