摘  要:因材施教是专业教学的基本原则。对于食品冷冻冷藏课程中传热计算内容的教学,本文结合独立学院学生的特点,提出了围绕公式计算、数值模拟和动手实验的"三位一体"教学模式,以充分调动学生的学习积极性,提高教学质量。Teaching students in accordance with their aptitude is the basic principle of education.In view of the characteristics of independent college students,a type of trinity teaching,including formula computing,mathematical modeling and hands-on discovery,was proposed for the teaching of heat transfer calculation in the course of food refrigeration.The aim of implementing this teaching model is to fully mobilize the students’learning enthusiasm,and ultimately,to improve the teaching quality.
