高校学生干部考核体系构建研究

摘　　要：构建高校学生干部考核体系,需要从考核的目的、考核的内容、考核的方式、考核的时间、考核表的设计五个方面进行统筹。同时,在建构过程中要坚持"以人为本"、定性与定量相结合、过程与结果相结合、整体性与发展性相结合、适应性与促进性相结合、可操作性与实效性相结合的原则。Construction of College Student Cadre examination system, needs for co-ordination from five aspects of the purpose of the assessment,the content assessment,assessment of the way,the assessment time,the assessment table design. At the same time,in the construction process should adhere to the principle of "people-oriented",the combination of qualitative and quantitative,the combination of process and results,the combination of integrity and development,the combination of adaptation and promotion,the combination of operation and effectiveness.
