摘 要:为改善油气悬架的性能,设计一种参数可变的耦连式油气悬架系统,对其结构特点进行分析,并阐述其工作原理。推导大速度激励下悬架油缸无杆腔出现空程畸变现象的数学模型,并仿真得到空程畸变过程中关键参数的变化曲线。根据建立的油气悬架非线性数学模型,搭建Simulink仿真模型,在某选定的参数下进行仿真分析和台架试验。仿真结果显示,该油气悬架系统具有良好的非线性特性,在频率和振幅均较高的激励下出现了空程畸变。仿真结果与试验结果能够较好的吻合,说明所建立的数学模型具有较高的准确性,可以作为油气悬架系统特性研究的依据。To improve the performance of hydro- pneumatic suspensions(HPS), a coupled HPS with variableparameters is designed. Its working principles and structure characteristics are analyzed. The mathematical model ofdistortion which appears in HPS cylinder under high speed excitation is deduced, and the key parameter curves during thedistortion are obtained by simulation. The Simulink simulation model is established according to the nonlinear mathematicalmodel. Simulation analysis and bench test are carried out using selected parameters. The simulation results show that theHPS has good nonlinear characteristics, and the distortion appears under the excitation of high frequency and amplitude. Thesimulation results are in good agreement with the experimental results, which shows that the established mathematical modelhas high accuracy and can be used to study the HPS.
