摘 要:盾构掘进参数的变化与控制对盾构自身及周围环境的影响是十分关键的.结合天津地铁建国道站至天津站区间盾构施工参数记录,针对盾构掘进过程中的掘进速度和力学掘进参数进行了分析与模糊统计试验,并提出了针对力学掘进参数的优化控制措施.研究结果表明:盾构机掘进速度过高或过低均为盾构机掘进的不利工作状态,存在一个盾构机掘进的最优工作状态;基于模糊集合理论,定义了盾构力学掘进参数在各自最优取值范围内的工作状态,为其"正常掘进状态",相应的掘进速度、力学掘进参数的最优取值范围可以应用于制定对地表沉降的优化控制措施,为满足地表毫米级沉降要求提供了有效保障.The variation and control of driving parameters exert an important influence on both the shield itself and the surrounding environment.A shield tunneling section between Jianguo Road Station and Tianjin Station was presented and discussed.Based on the measured advance speed and mechanical driving parameters of shield machine,analysis and fuzzy statistical experiment were conducted.The corresponding optimal control measures were proposed according to the experimental results of mechanical driving parameters.The study shows that too high or too low advance speed in shield tunneling is a bad working state for the shield machine,and there exists an optimal working condition.Based on the fuzzy set theory,a working state in which the mechanical driving parameters are all within their optimal value ranges is defined as the normal state of advancement.Therefore,these optimal value ranges can be adopted in the optimal parameter control during shield tunneling,which can effectively guarantee the satisfaction of the strict requirements of millimeter-level ground settlement.
