摘　　要：目的:探讨鼻内窥镜下行鼻腔泪囊吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎的临床疗效及并发症发生率。方法:收治慢性泪囊炎患者90例,分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予传统泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗,观察组给予鼻内窥镜下鼻腔泪囊吻合术治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、并发症发生率、患者的满意度。结果:观察组的临床治疗有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:鼻内窥镜下行鼻腔泪囊吻合术治疗慢性泪囊炎,可以提高临床治疗效果,减少术后并发症,并提高治疗满意度。Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect and complication rate of nasal cavity lacrimal sac anastomosis undernasal endoscope in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis.Methods:90 patients with chronic dacryocystitis were selected.Theywere divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given traditional lacrimal sac and nasal cavityanastomosis treatment.The observation group was given nasal cavity lacrimal sac anastomosis under nasal endoscope treatment.The clinical treatment effect,complication rate and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The clinicaltreatment effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rateof postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The treatmentsatisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nasal cavity lacrimalsac anastomosis under nasal endoscope in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis can improve the clinical treatment effect,reducethe postoperative complications,and improve the treatment satisfaction.
