摘　　要：目的:观察CD44^+/CD24^-细胞在乳癌患者术前、术后、两周期化疗后外周血中的表达情况、淋巴结转移情况与CD44^+/CD24^-表达的相关性,明确监测CD44^+/CD24^-的临床意义。方法:应用流式细胞术双染技术检测50俐原发性乳腺浸润性导管癌患者术前、术后两周、两周期化疗后以及50俐良性乳腺疾病患者外周血淋巴细胞中CD44^+/CD24^-细胞的表达情况。比较、分析乳癌患者术前与良性乳腺患者外周血淋巴细胞中CD44^+/CD24^-细胞的表达。结果:CD44^+/CD24^-细胞在乳腺癌患者及乳腺良性患者外周血淋巴细胞中均有表达。乳癌患者术前及两周期化疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),化疗后比值明显升高。结论:监测外周血淋巴细胞中CD44^+/CD24^-细胞的表达水平,对于判断预后,评估病情有临床指导意义。Objective:To observe the expression of CD44 +/CD24- cells in peripheral blood of patients with breast cancer beforeand after operation and after two cycles of chemotherapy,and the correlation between lymph node metastasis and the expression ofCD44 +/CD24-,and the clinical significance of monitoring CD44 +/CD24-.Methods:Application of flow cytometry double stainingtechnique for the detection of 50 cases of primary breast infiltrative ductal carcinoma patients before operation.After two weeks,two cycles of chemotherapy and 50 cases of benign breast disease patients and CD44 +/CD24-cells in the peripheral bloodlymphocyte expression.The expression of CD44+/CD24-cells in peripheral blood lymphocytes of patients with breast cancer beforeand during operation was compared.Results:CD44 +/CD24-cells were expressed in peripheral blood lymphocytes of patients withbreast cancer and benign breast.There were statistically significant differences in the preoperative and postoperative two cycles ofbreast cancer patients(P<0.05),and the ratio of chemotherapy was significantly increased.Conclusion:Monitoring the expressionlevel of CD44 +/CD24-cells in peripheral blood lymphocytes is of clinical significance to judge the prognosis and assess thecondition of the disease.
