摘　　要：随着传统课程教育教学方法的弊端日益显露于大庭广众,教育改革成为21世纪的新趋势。体育课程教学方式方法的转变、改革、创新亦是大势所趋。文章以湖南大学公共体育民族传统体育班为实验对象,运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等,开发并利用民族传统体育项目作为教学资源融入大学公共体育教学系统,就民族传统体育教学资源的开发与利用做深入分析,以期对民族传统体育项目作为教学资源进入大学教育系统和发扬民族传统体育文化提供参考。With the increasing exposure of the traditional teaching and education method's shortcomings, education revolution has become a new trend in 21st century. The trend of the exchange, revolution, innovation of the physical education teaching methods is irresistible. This papertakes Hunan University public sports national traditional sports classes as the experimental subject, using the methods of literature, logical analysis and so on, to develop and utilize the national traditional sporting events as the teaching resource to integrate college public sports teaching system, analyze deeply the exploitation and utilization of national traditional physical education resource, to provide a reference for studying national traditional sports events as education resource into college education system and carry forward national traditional sports culture.
