摘　　要：通过分析河北省由文化大省向文化强省转变过程中取得的成绩、发现的问题和总结的经验,深入结合现有国家京津冀协同发展的政策环境,提出新形势下河北文化强省战略的新思路。This article puts forward some new thought of Strengthening-Province’s Strategy on Culture of Hebeiunder the new situation through analyzing achievements, problems and experiences in its transformation from a bigprovince to a powerful province on culture, and combined with the environment of existing policy of coordinateddevelopment for the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
