中药联合电针治疗重症肌无力62例的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药联合电针治疗重症肌无力的临床疗效。方法:将我院62例脾肾阳虚型重症肌无力患者随机分为两组,对照组采用西药治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用中药联合电针治疗。结果:治疗组临床痊愈8例、显效11例、有效10例、无效2例,总有效率为93.5%;对照组临床痊愈2例、显效6例、有效10例、无效13例,总有效率为58.1%。结论:补中益气汤合龟鹿二仙汤联合电针治疗脾肾阳虚型重症肌无力疗效明显,值得临床借鉴。Objective: To investigate efficacy of TCM medicine plus electropuncture on myasthenia gravis. Methods: 62 cases of the Pishen Yangxu type were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with western medicine; the treatment group was treated with TCM medicine plus electroacupuncture more. Results: After treatment, 8 cases were cured; 11 cases were markedly effective;10 cases were effective; 2 cases were ineffective; the total efficiency was 93.5% in the treatment group. And 2 cases were cured; 6 cases were markedly effective; 10 cases were effective; 13 cases were ineffective; the total efficiency was 58.1% in the control group. Conclusion:The Buzhong Yiqi decoction, the Guilu Erxian decoction plus electropuncture was obviously effective on myasthenia gravis of the Pishen Yangxu type, and is worthy of clinical reference.
