脱细胞牛心包补片移植修复义眼台暴露的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨脱细胞牛心包补片移植修复义眼台暴露的临床效果。方法：对12例羟基磷灰石义眼台植入术后发生暴露的患者进行修复。将脱细胞牛心包补片覆盖于表面，修复缺损区，术后随访观察6～24月。结果：术后未出现结膜裂开及义眼台暴露，义眼活动良好。结论：脱细胞牛心包补片移植是修复义眼台暴露的有效方法。避免了应用异体组织修补排异反应的发生，对治疗该并发症具有一定的临床意义。Objective To investigate the treatments of the exposure of hydroxyapationimplantation in bovine pericardium path.Methods 12 cases of hydroxyapatite exposure were inchuded in this study.They were treated with bovine pericardium patch to cover the surface and repair the defect.The patients were followed-up 6 to 24 months. Results No exposure appeared and the cosmetic effect was satisfactory. Conclusion Bovine pericardium patch transplantation is an effective method to repair hydroxyapatite exposurs.Allograft rejection is avoided.The surgical method has important clinical significance for implant exposure.
