胸腔镜下肺段切除术与肺叶切除术治疗肺癌的近期疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨胸腔镜下肺段切除术与肺叶切除术治疗肺癌的近期疗效。方法:收治肺癌患者90例,随机分为两组。对照组给予肺叶切除术治疗,研究组给予肺段切除术治疗,比较两组临床指标、肺功能。结果:研究组手术时间明显长于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组肺功能改善情况明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胸腔镜下肺段切除术与肺叶切除术治疗肺癌的近期疗效较好,但胸腔镜下肺段切除术对肺功能的保护作用明显优于肺叶切除术。Objective:To investigate the short-term effect of thoracoscopic pulmonary segmentectomy and pulmonary lobectomy in the treatment of lung cancer.Methods:90 cases of patients with lung cancer were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given pulmonary lobectomy.The research group was given thoracoscopic pulmonary segmentectomy.The clinical index,pulmonary function of the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time of the research group was significantly longer than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The improvement of pulmonary function in the research group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Thoracoscopic pulmonary segmentectomy and pulmonary lobectomy in the treatment of lung cancer had better short-term effect,but thoracoscopic pulmonary segmentectomy had better protective effect on lung function than that ofpulmonary lobectomy.
