摘　　要：目的:探讨帕金森氏病患者下尿路症状与运动障碍的关系。方法:收治帕金森氏病患者58例,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果:尿滴沥、尿急、急迫性尿失禁及逼尿肌无力随运动障碍的严重程度增加而加重(P<0.05)。运动障碍严重程度与逼尿肌无力显著相关(P<0.05)。结论:帕金森氏病患者下尿路症状与运动障碍有显著相关性。Objective:To explore the relationship between lower urinary tract symptoms and motor disorders in patients with parkinson's disease.Methods:58 patients with parkinson's disease were selected.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Dribbling urination,urgent urination,urge incontinence and detrusor muscle weakness were increased with the severity of the movement disorder(P<0.05).The severity of dyskinesia was significantly correlated with detrusor muscle weakness(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lower urinary tract symptoms in patients with parkinson's disease were significantly associated with movement disorders.
